Workouts and Weigh-Ins 5/6 - 5/12

For anyone that is actually paying attention, I took a 2 month hiatus from my workouts and weigh-ins posts.  It wasn't intentional.  One week turned into two, turned into three and so forth and so on.  That is not to say that I was not working out, but rather, just not blogging about it. Well, I'm BACK!!  I like the accountability factor.  Even if zero people read this, I still put in the work and held myself accountable for it.  In the end, that is what I am after.
