Perfect Fit protein powder by Tone It Up is made with organic brown rice protein. It is 100 % natural, gluten-free, non-gmo, vegan, low carb, raw, kosher, dairy-free, sugar-free, lactose free, and has no corn, soy or wheat allergens. Tone It Up philosophy and formulation revolve around simple and clean nutritional principles: high quality, natural ingredients, without compromise.
Each serving of Perfect Fit vanilla flavored protein powder has 15 g of protein 0 sugar, 1 net carb and is only 70 calories. Add that to the fact that it is 100% natural and you pretty much have a match made in heaven. Given the macros on this, I was a little worried about how it was going to taste. I figured I would have to doctor it up and mix it with other ingredients. To give a fair review, I first wanted to taste it just mixed with water. I was pleasantly surprised. It has a great vanilla flavor. I did find it to be a little on the gritty side. It wasn't a complete deal breaker but it wasn't the creamy consistency I have come to love of well-mixed protein shakes. Next, I mixed it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I liked that better than simply mixing it with water. Then I blended some into a strawberry smoothie with fresh strawberries, almond milk, and ice. This was by far my favorite way to drink it.
