These gloves are the patented four finger workout gloves from FitFour.com The four finger design allows for a minimalist approach to lifting. Just because your weights are heavy, doesn't mean your gloves need to be also. Fit Four gloves give you the hand coverage where you need it, while being lightweight and form fitting. Let me tell you a little bit about Fit Four and then I will tell you all about these awesome gloves.
WHO/WHAT IS FIT FOUR? From their site - "Fit Four was created from the passion of healthy, active living. We are dedicated to creating superior fitness products to aid you in your efforts.
Fit Four's unique patented gloves were conceived in the heat of the "should I buy the old-school, bulky leather gloves or go without gloves" battle that you have all encountered. Why not have the best of both worlds? Cover what needs to be covered and leave the rest natural and free of inhibitions. Fit Four gloves are for active people who value quality products that are functional, affordable and look awesome."

AND
Wearing them will prevent this!!
I am wearing them in the picture above but you can barely see them because they only cover my hands where I need them to. Ever since switching to a minimalist running shoe, I have become increasingly interested in taking a minimalist approach to fitness as a whole wherever I can. So, I was excited to discover these gloves. I was even happier to discover that I loved using them.
This is the backside of the glove that is made out of the premium stretch lycra. They look really small when you pull them out of the package but they are a perfect fit. They stay snugly in place without shifting or bunching.
This is the palm of the glove. It is made of durable synthetic leather. You can see the vent holes all across the palm. These vent holes combined with the fact that my entire palm isn't being covered really help reduce the amount of sweat my hands produce during a workout. This comes in especially handy when I am using my kettlebells. There have been times when my palms have gotten so sweaty during a kettlebell workout, that I thought it was going to swing right out of my hand and into the wall. I've actually had to set my kettlebell down, dry my hands and resume my workout. Now I don't have to worry about that any longer.
